30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received including but not limited to the watch box, papers and tags. If issues arise after 30 days, please refer to our warranty policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your item back to us. United Watch Club will pay for return shipping if the watch is defective during shipping but the return request must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

Resolution Options

Once we receive and verify the returned watch, we'll work with you to provide either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method. Our team will inspect the item promptly upon arrival to confirm the defect and process your resolution as quickly as possible.
