We are a small business dedicated to providing authentic watches from brands like Tissot, Seiko, and Citizen, with plans to expand our offerings. Our focus is on competitive pricing, exceptional customer service, and fast, reliable shipping. These Terms are designed to ensure a fair and transparent experience for everyone.

1. Eligibility

2. Accounts and Registration

3. Products and Purchases

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all watches. However, we do not warrant that they are error-free. Colors and details may vary due to monitor settings.
  • Authenticity Guarantee: All watches sold on the Site are 100% authentic, sourced directly from trusted distributors. If a watch is found not to be authentic, we will provide a full refund or replacement under our Return Policy (see Section 5).
  • Pricing and Availability: Prices are competitive and fair, subject to change without notice. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout. Product availability is not guaranteed; we reserve the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock.
  • Independent Retailer Disclosure: United Watch Club is an independent retailer. We sell genuine, authentic watches sourced through legitimate distribution channels. As an independent (non-authorized) dealer, our products may not be eligible for the manufacturer's official warranty or authorized service centers. However, every watch sold by United Watch Club is covered by our own 2-Year United Watch Club Warranty, which includes repair or replacement for manufacturing defects. We encourage customers to review brand-specific warranty policies prior to purchase if manufacturer support is important to them.

  • Payments: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount, including taxes and shipping (if applicable). All transactions are processed securely.

  • Order Confirmation: Orders are not binding until we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free 4-day shipping on all orders within the United States, with no quantity limits. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier delays. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse, but we will assist with claims. For international shipping inquiries, contact us as we explore expansion options. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if the watch becomes defective during this period. Return shipping is your responsibility; use a tracked and insured method. Upon receipt and verification, we will provide a replacement (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method. All returns must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, including all content, logos, images, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
