I’ve always had a deep passion for watches. Over the years, I’ve bought dozens of them — both online and in physical stores. Some experiences were excellent, but many left me disappointed and frustrated.

I’ve received replica or poor-quality watches, struggled with watches that didn’t fit properly and were nearly impossible to return, and waited weeks for orders to arrive. Generic stock photos often led to surprises when the actual watch looked different. Worst of all, when I reached out for help or had questions, I was often met with silence.
