Warranty Policy
Effective Date: January 09, 2026
At United Watch Club, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every watch we sell. As a gray market retailer, purchases from our site are not eligible for the manufacturer's warranty or official service support. Instead, we provide our own warranty to ensure your peace of mind. Please review our Terms of Service for additional details on returns, authenticity guarantees, and limitations.
Product Warranty
United Watch Club warranties are automatically registered upon purchase. We will service every Tissot, Seiko, or Citizen watch sold on our website for a period of 2 years after purchase. Watches that exhibit symptoms of abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time will be serviced under our warranty program. Our warranty does not cover "external damage" to the product.
What's Covered:
The warranty applies to the following:
- Manufacturing defects
- Watch movement
What's Not Covered:
The United Watch Club warranty does not cover any damage resulting from water/moisture damage. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any damage to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party nullifies the warranty from United Watch Club.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
- External wear-and-tear from normal daily use.
- External damage to the product. Any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
- Defects caused by outside force, improper use, or any such incidental damages that occur by dropping or banging the timepiece.
- Any lost/missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face.
- Outside modifications and third-party repair attempts void the warranty.
- Any damage if used under conditions that exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines.
- Watches that are labeled as water resistant featuring a screw-down crown. The crown must be screwed down properly at all times to keep the watch casing from receiving water damage inside the stem. Water damage is not covered under warranty by United Watch Club nor any manufacturer.
The Fine Print:
United Watch Club will repair or replace the product at our discretion, including the cost of all parts and labor during the warranty period.
United Watch Club disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this product, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
For warranty claims, please contact us at support@unitedwatchclub.com with your order details and a description of the issue. A United Watch Club warranty card must be presented at the time of submitting a claim along with a photo ID to confirm ownership. We may require you to ship the watch to us for inspection (shipping costs are your responsibility). Upon verification, we will handle the repair or replacement.
